Multiple Creator Roles on One Account
A single Night Life account may hold multiple approved roles where the existing role system supports them — for example DJ + Musician, DJ + Promoter, Musician + Promoter, or DJ + Musician + Promoter.
Roles are not merged into one generic Creator permission. Each status continues to unlock only its own relevant tools — a DJ does not gain Musician upload functionality without Musician status, and a Musician does not gain DJ Mix functionality without DJ status.
DJs
DJs are central to Night Life. An approved DJ account gives you a professional DJ profile, DJ Mixes, entry into the Night Life Official DJ Mix Charts, community participation, and access to eligible booking and streaming opportunities.

Sign up and complete your profile with bio, genres, and profile picture.

Submit your DJ application from your profile page. Include your style and experience.

Our team reviews your application. You'll be notified once approved.

DJ Account vs Official Night Life DJ Roster
Being approved for a DJ account gives you access to Night Life's DJ profile and community features. It does not automatically place you on the Official Night Life DJ Roster.
The Official Night Life DJ Roster is separately curated. Roster positions, official streaming opportunities, radio slots, featured events and other curated promotional opportunities are selected separately by Night Life. These may be offered to eligible or selected DJs, including members of the curated Night Life roster.
Musicians
🎵 MUSICIANApproved Musician accounts can use Night Life's music-release features: upload original music, stream releases, participate in eligible Night Life Music Charts, sell eligible non-AI releases, manage tracks, and retire tracks while preserving history. Build a Musician presence and connect with listeners.
A DJ account alone does not equal a Musician account. DJs who also produce or release original music can separately apply for Musician status. A user may therefore hold DJ + Musician when separately approved for each.
Bands
🎸 BANDApproved Band accounts can use Night Life's Band features: a Band profile, music releases, streaming, eligible music sales, charts, events, and community/creator features. Band accounts are separate from Musician accounts — they are not converted into Musician accounts.
Music Promoters
📣 PROMOTERApproved Music Promoters can use Night Life to connect with DJs and promote genuine music opportunities. Promoter features include a professional Promoter profile, Community Events, DJ Opportunities, receiving DJ applications, sending direct booking requests, viewing eligible DJ Booking Information / Riders, messaging DJs, managing bookings, and connecting events with Night Life's creator community.
Approved Music Promoters can discover eligible Night Life DJs, review the Booking Information supplied by DJs who are available for bookings, post DJ opportunities and send booking requests. A booking is not confirmed until the DJ accepts it.
Bookings arranged between Promoters and DJs are agreements between those users and do not represent an Official Night Life booking or endorsement unless explicitly identified as an official Night Life event. Music Promoters are not Night Life employees or agents.
Filmmakers / Film Creators
FILMMAKERNight Life's film and creative community includes filmmaker/creative profiles, film submissions, the Night Life Film Festival, creative networking, community Groups, events, and other existing film features. Filmmakers can set a role type and collaboration tags on their profile.

Professional accounts (DJ, Musician, Band, Music Promoter) are approved by Night Life Admins only. Approval is not automatic. Moderators do not have professional approval powers. Each creator role unlocks only its own relevant tools.
