By accessing and using Night Life: Club Sessions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By using our platform, you accept these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. 2. USER ACCOUNTS & AGE REQUIREMENT You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not use another person's account without permission. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. This 18+ requirement applies to all account types on Night Life. 3. ACCOUNT TYPES & PROFESSIONAL STATUS Night Life includes standard member profiles and separately approved professional account types, including DJ, Musician and Band accounts. Professional account approval is subject to existing Night Life rules and is granted by Admin only. Admin approval is required for DJ applications, Musician applications and Band applications. 4. DJ ACCOUNTS Approved DJ accounts receive Night Life's existing DJ-specific profile and DJ Mix features. DJ approval does not automatically grant Musician permissions, does not automatically place a DJ on the Official Night Life DJ Roster, and does not guarantee official streaming, radio or event opportunities. The Official Night Life DJ Roster is separately curated. 5. MUSICIAN ACCOUNTS Approved Musician accounts may use Night Life's existing original music release features. You may only upload music or content that you own, control or have appropriate permission to use. AI-generated music must be declared as AI. AI music is separated within the existing chart system, cannot be sold or downloaded, and may remain streamable. 6. DJ + MUSICIAN A DJ who also produces or releases original music can separately apply for Musician status. A single account may hold both DJ and Musician status when both have been approved by Admin. No duplicate account is required. 7. BANDS Band accounts retain their own existing profile and eligible music functionality within Night Life. 8. MUSIC SALES Eligible non-AI releases from approved Musician and Band accounts may be sold through Night Life's existing digital music sales system. Sales, fees, payouts and refunds are handled by the existing system. A DJ who wishes to sell original music requires approved Musician status where that is the existing system. Night Life does not imply that every DJ can sell music. 9. DJ MIXES & EXTERNAL SERVICES Night Life may display externally hosted DJ mixes through supported services such as Mixcloud and SoundCloud. You must have the right or permission to submit or promote any external content you add. External content remains subject to the external platform's terms, and Night Life does not claim ownership of externally hosted content. 10. USER CONTENT You are responsible for content you share through Night Life, including profile content, posts, comments, Shorts, Groups, music, DJ mixes, artwork, Community Events, crowdfunding campaigns, film and creative content, and radio or live chat. Uploading or submitting content does not transfer ownership to Night Life unless another explicit existing agreement says otherwise. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights to material you submit. 11. MESSAGING & COMMUNICATION Night Life provides private and member communication features, including text messages, voice notes and voice calls. These features must not be used for harassment, threats, scams, spam, repeated unwanted contact, abuse or illegal activity. Night Life does not grant Admin automatic access to private calls and does not record calls. 12. COMMUNITY EVENTS & CROWDFUNDING Creators of Community Events are responsible for accurate information, legitimate external links and having permission to promote their events. Crowdfunding campaign creators must provide genuine and accurate campaign information. Funding models, platform fees and payouts are handled by the existing system. 13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Night Life may integrate with or link to external services, including Steam, Mixcloud, SoundCloud, Radio Cult, social networks and external ticket destinations. Night Life does not own or control these third-party services, which remain subject to their own terms. 14. PROHIBITED CONTENT You may not upload, stream, share or submit content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, is harmful, threatening, abusive, or violates any third-party rights. 15. TERMINATION & MODERATION We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time and without notice. Existing moderation permissions and enforcement processes apply.
